How To Plan Content AND Never Do It Again

As business owners, we have a lot of things to handle and one of those things is our content planning.

What if I told you there is a way to never plan your content again?

Working smarter not harder, how can you plan your content and then never have to do it again? What do I mean? 

I'm talking about thinking our content specifically into our audience. Our audience can only absorb so much content, and we want to make sure that we're creating content that's gonna be effective, that's gonna drive our need for our services, that really represents our brand well.

So when you think about it, if you're posting, let's say, one video a week, which is what I recommend, that's 52 videos for the whole year. 52 weeks in a year.

Now, if you're posting every other week, now you're looking at 26 videos, six months of video content.

Your audience is only going to be able to absorb so much in that six months. So we can recycle our content so that we never have to keep recreating the wheel once we get that first year under our belt. This is such a powerful strategy.

Now, I want to be clear when I'm talking about this, I don't mean that you just keep using the same video. What I mean is that you're using the same content.

So when you go through your whole 52 weeks or 26 weeks of video content, you can then look at your videos, you can see how well they did, which ones are still relevant and film those topics again.

You can add new stories, do it a little differently, and at this point you may have new equipment, the video looks nicer, no one's going to know that you filmed that content a year, six months ago.

It's not something that people are paying attention to. They often need a reminder because our audience is not you. You know everything about your business and your industry. And our audience does not.

So we need to make sure that we're hitting home on key points that we want to make sure they remember.

So the key to actually help making sure that your students, your clients, and your audience is continuously learning is through repetition.

So you're actually doing a service to your audience by repeatIng content that you know is valuable and doing it on a consistent basis.

So not only are you saving time, which we know is super important, but you're doing the best thing that you can do to make sure that your audience is absorbing the content that you have to get the results the you want them to get. S

o, make sure that we are working smarter, not harder, take the time, plan it out, make it effective, and then you don't have to do it again.
