I recommend Facebook and Instagram. I really been pushing a lot of my clients to get onto Instagram but some are hesitant. The fact is that if you're already using Facebook then you might as well start leveraging Instagram.

Linked In

The other one is LinkedIn. Very underutilized. When it comes to LinkedIn this is really good for referral sources because you can see where people work. You can see if there's certain referral sources that you want to connect with. 

If you know that they're referring x amount of patients a month then they have a great potential as a referral source and we should target them.

First thing is, we do not want to keep sharing post after post about jobs opportunities. This is a big mistake for 2 reasons. 

When you're just posting a regular social media post, that is only going to your followers. And unless you have a flooded followers of caregivers, it's not going to work.

You look at the reviews, right? Have you ever done this?

I was having a conversation with my brother and he was looking to buy a ski goggles and I made a comment on a pair he was considering and said "what only 25 reviews, don't even bother."

When it comes to Amazon you're always looking for somebody that has an immense amount of reviews. You want that social proof or lots of people saying "hey, this is a quality product(or service)."

There's so many people that have said it look it's the strength in the numbers. Getting more of those five star reviews is essential
