Not, hey! I have jobs! Yes, that can work depending on what it is. But at the same time, it can be so much more powerful to try and recruit people for the why. The best employees probably already have jobs.

I hear you and I am here for you! In today's episode of Digital Champions, I discuss some of the frequently asked questions that I hear time and time again.

 

1. How often should you post your videos?

The short answer is, consistently.

Yes, whatever that number may be for you. Now the general recommended amount is once a week, but I understand that that can be a lot.

It's a lot of content to create, a lot of videos to put out, and it's more important that you're doing it consistently based on your availability and your time. So a good place to start is posting once every two weeks.

Now if you need to do it once every month, you can but I believe that once every two weeks is a good place to start. And then as you kind of get better at filming as you start to see the results that come from creating videos, then you can start to create more content and do it once every week.

What Should You Wear In Your Videos

Does what you wear make a difference? Absolutely! On today's episode of Digital Champions, I discuss what to wear in your videos and why it's important to be consistent with your brand. 

 

When it comes to choosing your attire, a big part of it is branding. This is why I wear the same thing every single time. I have my company shirt on, I wear my favorite blue jacket. This is part of my brand.

My viewers know that when you see me wearing this, you're getting video and digital marketing content. It's similar to how cartoon characters wear the same outfit every day.

So that's how you can be where this becomes part of your brand, part of your brand recognition. So if you decide to, let's say, be a speaker or you're going out marketing and you want to wear this, it becomes something that you're known for.
