 Engagement does not necessarily mean likes and comments.

Yes, those are things that we want, but really, engagement is anything, they could be clicking on the post, looking at the post, reading the post. All contributes to that engagement that's gonna get more people to see it.

What Is The Best Time To Post On Social Media For Home Care

When is the best time to post on social media? One of the most common questions - answered!

I get asked all the time. The answer is really simple to find out.

But first, there are some common times that are good to post.

For example, morning and lunchtime are good times. Also, in the evening when people are done work, but this varies per day. It also varies per audience.

One thing that you should know when looking to figure out what time is the best time for you to post is to looking at your Facebook insights.

Now, keep this in mind, your Facebook insights won't have any insights if you don't actually post. So if you don't post, then you won't have any information to determine the best time.

*An important thing to note is that you don't get Facebook insights if you don't actually have a business page. It is essential that you have a business page in order to get insights.

Want to make better videos? All we got to do is increase our energy! So how can we go about making better videos by increasing our energy?

1. Stand Up When You Record

Standing is a great way to increase your energy in your videos. When you sit it often makes you more sluggish. It also makes us crouch our back instead of our back being nice and straight. 

2. Pump Yourself Up

All right, this was something that one of my students shared on our group call last week where he actually plays pump up music to get excited about the filming process. He uses that to motivate himself and get really psyched and get pumped up.

To gain more energy, play some motivational music to get yourself going.

3. Overemphasize 

The other thing that you need to understand when it comes to video and making better videos is that video has a tendency to bring your energy down. So we want to be overdramatic and over energized.

Now, one thing that you should know, is that YouTube is the second largest search engine behind Google. Google acquired YouTube in 2006. So simply by having YouTube videos on your website, it's going to improve your SEO.

Another way to increase your SEO is having blog posts. A lot of different companies utilize this strategy where they're posting blogs, but the thing is no one's really checking out your blogs.

The only traffic is if you share the blog on social media. But the thing is, Facebook (and all social media sites) hate when you post websites links.
